Who Can Visit Legend Hollow?

Legend Hollow is a fully accessible, fully inclusive outdoor experience center built to welcome all walks of life. To grow responsibly and foster genuine community, the Hollow is members-only — membership is available annually, or through registration for an event, activity, or stay.

Is Legend Hollow Easy to Find?

Our address is 457 Legend Hollow Road, Lyerly, GA 30730. Plug that into your map app or use our Google Map with directions here. Once you turn off Highway 100, bear left, follow the Legend Hollow signs, drive safely, enjoy the views, and we'll see you at the top.

Are You Pet-Friendly?

We love animals of all stripes — and spots. Pets are welcome with a few simple policies that keep things enjoyable for everyone. Pets must be leashed while in the village. While off the path trekkers and participants in events like Tails on Trails are happily exempt. Use common sense, and be considerate – for the benefit of all pets and people.

What Do I bring?

You, your family, and friends, foremost. Any non-gasoline-powered wheeled device or animal you ride. Pillows and bedding if you're not using ours — read more about that here. And always check the weather and dress for it. Although off the grid and naturally powered, cell phone coverage is reliable, so bring your devices.

What Are Your Cooking & Dining Amenities?

We have a full commercial kitchen available for organized events — read more here. For guests, lodgers, and campers, outdoor grills and fire pits are available, and camping stoves are welcome too – we simply ask that you always do what Smokey sez.

Do We Leave With Our Garbage?

Preferably, yes — and thank you for asking. We do have waste removal on-site, but the less we generate together the better. Recyclables should leave with you. Be considerate, pay it forward, and leave your space as you found it.
